Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship all of our items via USPS Priority mail. Any purchases over $100 will be shipped at no cost to you. Any purchases under $100 will have a $7.75 shipping fee added. Once we get your order processed we will send you verification of your shipment.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment please click the add note link at checkout and we will contact you. Insurance prices will vary depending on the value of your purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that it can be dificult purchasing jewelry without the ability to try it on. With that in mind we will accept returns if the piece that you purchased is not to your liking. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase

Pendragon also stands by all our jewelry. If there is any defect in your purchase you may return it for either a full refund, exchange, or we will repair it depending on the defect.

You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for the correct address to ship your returned item. We are constantly traversing the country doing shows, so we can't maintain a dedicated return address.
